At the heart of my practice is a relentless pursuit of innovation and a willingness to take risks. Drawing inspiration from the interplay of dance and theater, the art that is live performance, society, and nature, I craft art that makes space for immense vulnerability through many perspectives. The dynamic fusion of these elements informs my creations, allowing me to examine the intricate relationships within myself and others. I am driven to create art that provokes thought, evokes emotion, and invites audiences to embrace the unknown. My work is an invitation to sit still, to daydream, to tell a story, to channel intensity and drama, to build community through storytelling and share life experiences.

Through gut-feelings and intense will is where I find my motivation to create. I allow music to manifest in my movement, transcribing every beat and rhythm with my body. I like to make work based around storytelling while using my own life as inspiration, to make work that reflects who I am and my curiosity, things that question and comment. It is in my practice where I find solace, ease, and understanding. It is also where I feel afraid, frustrated, and fearless. I aspire to leave those watching inspired. I want my work to heal others the way it does for me.
